This Blanc de noir is an elegant ray of golden sunshine wrapped up in a swirl of delicate bubbles. A bouquet of stone fruit and hints of white cherry and mango skins are complemented by crème fraise and macadamia nuts on the nose. The body is light and dry, with acidic notes of green apple skins and white grapefruit. Finishing with a touch of white rose petal and shortbread at the end of each sip.
