Looking for a unique and fun way to spend Valentine’s Day with that special someone? Grab your partner and come out to our SUSHI making class! Learn to roll with the best of them on February 14th, as the talented chef Edward Metcalfe shows you everything you need to know to be a world class sushi chef! From preparing the all-important sushi rice, to scratch-made dashi and fish selection, learn the craft from start to finish while you prepare a fabulous sushi dinner. Each ticket will include an evening of instruction, a delicious sushi dinner, and a glass of our fabulous Notre Vue Brut Sparkling, the perfect pairing for sushi! You'll even head home with a special recipe card! Space is limited to only 24 seats, so reserve your spot before they're gone. We'll see you there!
