Ever wonder how winemakers decide on their final blends?  Why is there only 1% Petit Verdot in one wine when there’s 8% in another?  Why add .5% Malbec?

To see what we mean, come join our winemaker Alex Holman as he leads you through a Wine Blending Seminar and learn the secrets to crafting that perfect blend.  Alex will give you a run-down of the generally accepted blending methodologies, and with numerous sample wines to pull from, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on and put your new knowledge to work.
