It’s the Super Bowl!! Forget serving Ranch, step up your “Culinary Game” with this delicious yet healthy recipe for Herb & Olive Crème Fraiche Dip.
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups crème fraiche
  • 5 tbsps chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 Pinch of Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsps minced fresh chives
  • 1 Bag Baby carrots, peeled
  • 1 Baby zucchini, cut into 3-inch sticks
  • 1 Bag Celery sticks
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Box of assorted crackers of your choice

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine, and then transfer to a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours. Serve with an assortment of crudités, of your choice.
